i don't even know if someone remembers, but time ago on one of my past accounts i posted this little sta.sh journal where people could vent, rant, comment about what was making them feel sad,
frustrated or juust as a public diary so people could talk to them, give some advices and help eachother.
today, i decided to re-make the journal, as i feel like i'd like to give people some more feedback and support just like you guys do with me, and i'm sure many, many of you could use this little thing.
i'm not really sure about how much this can help you, but writing down is sometimes better than talking.
i always did it in my worst days, and it could be useful for myself too - so, please, don't be afraid to seek help, here in a nice community and from a professional.
talking is just the first step for a better tomorrow.
so, please, feel free to write as many comments as you feel under the journal.
